Landcrafters App

Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 19, 2025  ·  Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. Overview

Landcrafters App (“the App”) is a field-reporting tool developed and operated by Legit Logic Labs (“we”, “us”). It allows field workers to create daily job records (“workslips”) and submit them to their employer. The App is multi-tenant: each employer has its own isolated workspace, and your data is visible only to members of that workspace and to Legit Logic Labs as the operator. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from the respective provider. Google may also provide a profile photo. If you choose to hide your email using Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, Apple provides a private relay address instead — we store and use this address to identify your account. We use account information solely to authenticate you and identify you within your employer’s workspace.

Workslip data

Workslips you create contain job details, labor hours, trucking, equipment, and material records that you enter. This data is stored locally on your device and, when you are online, synced to our cloud database (Supabase) so your employer can access it.

Photos

If you attach photos to a workslip, those images are stored on your device and may be uploaded to our cloud storage as part of the workslip record. Photos are used only for job documentation purposes.

Voice and audio data

If you use the voice dictation feature, the App captures audio from your device’s microphone while you are actively recording. Audio is processed by Apple’s on-device speech recognition framework (SFSpeechRecognizer). On devices with an A17 chip or later, recognition runs entirely on-device and no audio leaves your device. On older devices, Apple may transmit audio to its servers for processing in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio or transcripts to our own servers. The microphone is only active when you explicitly tap the microphone button; it is never activated in the background.

Crash and diagnostic data

We use Sentry for crash reporting and error monitoring in production builds. When an error occurs, Sentry collects the error details, stack trace, device information (OS version, device model, app version), your IP address, and your user identifier and email address so we can diagnose and fix issues. Crash reporting is disabled in development builds. We do not use any advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session
  • To store and sync your workslip records to your employer’s workspace
  • To allow your employer (managers and admins) to review submitted workslips
  • To display your name and role within the app
  • To transcribe voice input into text for workslip fields (processed on-device or by Apple; not stored by us)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Employer Access

Landcrafters App is a workplace tool. Job records you submit are visible to managers and administrators within your employer’s workspace. By using the App, you acknowledge that your employer can view your submitted workslip records, including any attached photos.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database, with sensitive workslip line items (labor, trucking, equipment, and material records) encrypted at rest. Data is synced to Supabase (hosted in the United States) when you are online. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is completely immune to unauthorized access.

Access to your data in the cloud is controlled by role-based permissions. Workers can only access their own records; managers and administrators can access all records within their workspace.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Workslip records are retained for as long as your employer’s account is active. If you leave an organization or your account is removed, your data may be retained by your employer in accordance with their own data retention policies.

You can delete your account and remove your personal data at any time from within the app: open Settings and tap Delete account and remove personal data. You can also use the web account-deletion page at /delete-account. Submitted workslip records remain with your employer’s workspace as business records after account deletion. For any other privacy requests, contact us at the address below.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In — for authentication. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Sign in with Apple — for authentication on iOS and the web. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — for cloud database and storage. Data is processed in accordance with Supabase’s data processing terms.
  • Sentry — for crash reporting and error monitoring. Receives error events, device info, and user identifiers (ID and email) when errors occur in production. Governed by Sentry’s Privacy Policy.
  • Apple Speech Recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer) — for voice dictation. Audio may be sent to Apple’s servers on devices without an on-device recognition chip. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • Zoho Creator — if your employer has enabled the Zoho integration, finalized workslip data (job details, labor, trucking, equipment, material line items, and a generated PDF) is transmitted to your employer’s Zoho Creator workspace for business record-keeping. Governed by Zoho’s Privacy Policy.
  • Monday.com — if your employer has enabled the Monday integration, workslip notes and references may be transmitted to your employer’s Monday.com workspace. Governed by Monday.com’s Privacy Policy.

8. Children’s Privacy

Landcrafters App is intended for use by adults in a professional workplace context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
